チーフアドバイザー佐﨑和子

はじめまして。「みんハレ」のチーフアドバイザーを務める佐﨑和子と申します。

私は、社会保険労務士や産業カウンセラー、キャリアコンサルタントなどの資格を活かし、行政機関などでキャリアコンサルティングや職業訓練の相談に約10年間従事していました。そして現在も、4000人以上の方の労働相談を実施し、働く人のための「労働法講座」なども行っています。

そうして1万人以上の方々のご相談に対応する中で、「もっと人に寄り添える方法はないか」「もっと気軽に相談できる場所をつくれないか」と常に考え続け、その経験が「みんハレ」の設立に繋がっています。

今この世の中に必要なのは、「そこに飛び込むことで本当に心が晴れる」、そんな場所だと思っています。「みんハレ」はまさに、それを実現するための相談室です。相談者の考えや思いを何よりも大切にしながら、一人ひとりの中に確実にある答えを一緒に探りあてていく。あなたが本来持っている力を引き出すことで、あなたらしく生きていくことが可能になる。
