People are the protagonists of their own lives. We all forge our own paths by taking on repeated challenges. However, people cannot live alone. People create society and society needs people. On this assumption, it is our mission to help create a society in which no one is left behind, the basic principle of the SDGs. Communico will continue to support the creation of life dramas for each individual’s future, believing that true happiness comes from people doing what they can to help out others and feeling joy in doing so.

About Our Company Name

Communico

Communico is a Latin word (to share, to communicate), the root of the word “communication”, and the Japanese word “nico-nico“, meaning “to smile”.

About Our Logo

Hisako Koga, company president, personally designed the Communico logo with the input of employees and staff. The concept behind the logo is our wish for everyone to be able to walk toward the future with a smile on their face in anticipation of new and surprising horizons.

The person in the logo is you, the one who is looking at it right now.
You are gazing into the future with excitement as you reach out for your own personal sparkle (goal).

Supporting the creation of a life drama unfolding right here on Earth!

Based on its school business that provides a place for learning, Communico Co., Ltd. has started a new chapter in its history as a company that offers support for corporate recruitment and training of global human resources, as well as consulting services related to how we live and work.

All of the ventures that I currently have in the pipeline were born from events that I have experienced from my junior high school days to the present, as well as the doubts that I have felt in the workplace. A foreign classmate who dropped out of school because he could not speak Japanese well enough, juvenile delinquents who lost their way in society, bullying that put lives at risk, companies that exploited their employees and forced them to work until they dropped, harassment in the workplace, and so on. I have been asked for help by people grappling with these issues, and have struggled to solve them, at times feeling helpless. In the midst of all this, I decided that I wanted to dedicate my life to exploring issues such as the true meaning of internationalization, how we can help children acquire the skills to survive in society, and how to create good relationships between organizations and people.

Times have changed, and the momentum is growing for us to solve such problems together as social issues. The basic principle of the SDGs is to leave no one behind. This is a global goal. However, the creation of a society where such a lofty ideal can be turned into reality begins closer to home, with us perceiving everyday issues as our own.

As a member of society, Communico will join forces with specialists in their respective fields to nurture people and solve problems between organizations and people so that we can confidently pass the baton to those young people and children who will lead the next generation.
