Communico Language School provides training to improve your language skills, physical expressions and open-mindedness, in the hope of helping you enhance your interpersonal skills, establish your individuality, and hone your ability to communicate with others. With a focus on Chinese, we also offer English, Korean and Japanese lessons.
Our school is located in the center of Fukuoka, making it very convenient and easy to get to. We also offer a full range of online lessons.

Our one-on-one or small-group classes, designed with various purposes in mind, are sure to help you achieve your goals!

The main objective of lessons is to improve your ability to communicate in a foreign language, whether to get by on holiday in another country or for engaging in business discussions. However, we can also tailor the content of lessons according to your specific requests, such as assistance with correcting pronunciation, enhancing listening comprehension, honing writing skills, preparing for examinations, or training for interpretation and translation work.
We can also provide intensive training in content directly related to work, such as aspects of customer service, sales, and other job fields, as well as other content necessary for those going to live overseas.

 

In 2021, we launched a well-received English interpreting course that also allows students to learn so-colled “community interpreting.”

Fun short-term study abroad programs

International educational exchanges to deepen mutual understanding

In August 2018 and 2019, we hosted a summer school for elementary school students from Shanghai.

Exchange activities included home stays with families in Fukuoka, Japanese language lessons, cultural experiences, and camps.

Although overseas travel is difficult at the moment, we plan to hold summer schools and exchange events online from time to time. Once things start to get back to normal after the COVID-19 pandemic, we will offer summer schools in Japan for children from around the world, as well as study abroad programs that will allow children in Japan to experience other cultures.

Today, children need to cultivate the skills to survive in an increasingly globalized world.

In future, starting with afterschool programs, we will launch “new places of learning where diverse people can grow together”. 

We will conduct various activities to develop the interpersonal skills necessary for navigating society, including self-expression, thinking skills, and verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Our goal is to enable students to make their own choices about how they will live in society in the future. To do so, we employ hands-on activities and “life career education” designed for students to learn from seniors who are active in various fields. This empowers students to learn about society, learn about themselves, and develop the strength to face an exciting future.

Tutors and fellow students come from various countries and cultural backgrounds. Through mutual recognition, mutual help, and friendly competition, we nurture “minds” with the potential to create and “inclusive society based on multiculturalism”.
